Algebra 3- Interval notation/Symmetry/circles

When do you use a bracket and when do you a parentheses?

How can you determine if an equations is symetrical to the x-axis? y-axis?, origin?

What is the standard form for a circle?

When the circle above a number is FILLED IN, you use a bracket, and when the circle is NOT filled in, you use parenthesis. And you also use a parenthesis when you have "infinity" in the equation.

If the center is (0,0)
